Gemballa
In Leonberg, near Stuttgart, Germany, the automobile company Gemballa was founded to produce components for Porsche. Its founder, Uwe Gemballa, was found dead in 2010, and the rights to the company were bought by Andreas Schwarz and Steffen Korbach. The first known car of the brand was the Avalanche model, created in the 80s on the basis of Porsche 911/930. It was followed by Cyrrus (convertible) and Mirage. In 2005, a white Gemballa 911 RS America appeared – the leader of the brand. General Motors, or GM, is the largest American automobile brand with a worldwide reputation, created in 1908 by Durant, William Crapo, and Charles Stewart Mott in Detroit (Michigan, USA) as a result of the merger of several companies. The oldest of these was Olds Motor Vehicle Company. In 1903, General Motors Corporation was formed, absorbing smaller organizations. The constant introduction of innovations distinguished the car models of this brand. In the early 2000s, there was a crisis that led to a change in the name of the brand, and in 2017, the controlling stake was sold to the concerned Groupe PSA.
Genesis Motor
The car brand Genesis Motor was founded by the Korean company Hyundai Moto in 2015 in Seoul (Republic of Korea). The establishment of the company was due to the need to separate the production of premium cars. The appearance of the Vision G, a four-seat, two-door coupe, in 2015 marked the beginning of the creation of the LUX car lineup. At the same time, the brand gained status and received an alphanumeric designation. It was followed by the G90 executive sedan, which became the first official car of the new brand. Ginetta Cars
In Leeds (West Yorkshire, England), a British manufacturer of racing and sports cars was founded in 1958. Its founders were racers and engineers, the Walklett brothers. The first car of the brand was the Fairlight, the body of which was made of fiberglass. Each of the brothers was characterized by the presence of knowledge from different areas of mechanical engineering. Douglas was a mechanical and electrical engineer; the others were designers and stylists. Bob ran the company. The company changed locations several times over the years. Among its products are the Ginetta G20 and G33. In 2005, the brand was acquired by LNT Automotive, retaining the logo and name.
Glasspar
In 1947, Bill Tritt created his first fiberglass powerboat by founding Glasspar in Costa Mesa, California, USA. By the end of the war, he had built several catamarans and a racing sailboat. At the same time, he began to realize plans for passenger cars using the same body material. Glasspar created the Sears and Roebuck automobile, the Superlight, the subcompact Marathon, the Lido Series, and the Citation. It also created the G2, the Woodill Wildfire, and the Ascot. The American automaker GMC was formed as a result of the merger in 2010 of two divisions of General Motors – GM Truck and Coach and GMC Truck. Its tasks included the production of trucks, SUVs, pickup trucks, and vans. The company traces its history back to 1901 when Max Grabowski created Rapid Motor Vehicle Company; the new brand absorbed the features and characteristics of its historical predecessor. Only in 2010 were more than 400 thousand vehicles produced under GMC TM.

In 2004, Roland Gumpert founded a company in Denkendorf (Germany) to realize his projects on the creation of sports cars. As director of Audi Sport, he secured the team by winning 25 championships. In 2004, the company GMG Sportwagenmanufaktur Altenburg GmbH was founded. The first model was named Apollo and went into production in 2005. In 2008, the Apollo Sport was featured in the Top Gear program. In 2013, the company went bankrupt. In 2016, it was bought by Ideal Team Venture, which renamed the company to Apollo Automobil GmbH.

Grinnall
In 1991, Mark Grinnall founded the automobile company Grinnall Specialist Cars Ltd. in Great Britain. Its distinctive feature was motorcycles and cars on a three-wheel base. Initially, the company was engaged in the modification of Triumph TR7, producing 350 copies in a year. The next model was the Grinnall TR8, based on the Triumph TR8.
